Wilcom Training
Stocks Sewing Machine & Embroidery Design Solutions are happy to announce their new partnership and opening of their new Embroidery Academy. Offering extensive training on the Full range of Wilcom Embroidery Products and Embroidery Techniques.
Embroidery Design Solutions (EDS), established in 2000, is a UK based embroidery digitising and embroidery training company. The EDS team, originally trained by David Sharp, the proprietor David Sharp Limited, combine over 70 years experience to deliver a bespoke service which remains unrivalled.
Stocks and EDS will officially open the new Training Centre in January. Training on the full suite of Wilcom products will be offered, but will start with DECO STUDIO. One day training courses on DECO STUDIO will be available on the following dates:
• Friday 27th January 2012
• Friday 30th March 2012
• Friday 25th May 2012
Maximum 6 attendees per course
Courses will run from 9.30am and finish at 3pm at the Embroidery Academy in Leeds.
Course Content:
How to get the best results by efficient use of Deco Studio by exploring the following:
• Using manual digitizing tools within the software.
• Learn how to Work with different fabric types and fabric templates.
• How to achieve the finest text on difficult garment fabrics.
• How to work with jpg and bitmap files and artworks that aren’t vectorized.
• How to take full control of Deco and utilize its features to the full.
