You’ve placed your order so what happens next! Our own engineer will arrive at your premises at a pre arranged time and train you through the basics of both the machine and embroidery:

• Instruction on how to load designs into the machine
• Threading and changing needles
• Adjusting thread tension
• Basic Maintenance
• Basic Training on Software*
• Online & Telephone support
• 12 Month Parts & Labour on Site Warranty

At Stocks we have our very own certified ZSK (JAFA) PR620 MK1 AND MK2 Service centre with our own engineers fully trained to keep your embroidery machine in tip top condition with our dedicated parts centre for all consumables.
