You’ve placed your order so what happens next! Our own engineer will arrive at your premises at a pre arranged time and train you through the basics of both the machine and embroidery:

Software Training
On receiving your Embroidery machine and software our engineers will show you the basics of how to load a design from pc and apply text.
We find this is best as if we spend too long on the software you will forget about the machine but don’t worry we have more help.

At Stocks we have our very own certified ZSK (JAFA) PR620 MK1 AND MK2 Service centre with our own engineers fully trained to keep your embroidery machine in tip top condition with our dedicated parts centre for all consumables.
